1. About Lano Hub
Lano Hub is an online kitchenware store operated by LANO HUB INC. These terms apply to purchases made at lanohub.com. Please also review our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Payment Policy.
2. Using Our Store
You must have the legal capacity to place an order and be authorized to use your chosen payment method. Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. You must not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity or interference with its operation.
3. Products, Prices and Orders
Product descriptions, dimensions, materials and included items are listed on the product page. Review these details before ordering. Screen settings may affect how colors appear; this does not limit your rights if an item is materially different from its description.
Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax and the complete order total are shown at checkout before payment. Standard shipping is free for eligible destinations.
Orders are subject to payment authorization and product availability. If an error or availability issue prevents us from fulfilling your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for canceled items. We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price without your agreement.
4. Order Changes and Cancellations
Email info@lanohub.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation. Include your order number and requested change. Requests are subject to order status and must be received before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, our Refund Policy applies.
The time your email is received determines whether your request was submitted within 24 hours, including outside customer service hours. Approved cancellations receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. Your rights when shipment is delayed are not limited by the 24-hour request period.
5. Shipping and Returns
We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, excluding the destinations listed in our Shipping Policy. Order processing takes 1-2 business days, transit takes 3-6 business days, and estimated total delivery time is 4-8 business days.
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Return conditions, shipping responsibilities and refund details are explained in our Refund Policy. We do not offer direct exchanges.
6. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mississippi and applicable U.S. federal law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
